Gourmet experience designed to delve into the fascinating world of cacao. You'll discover how chocolate, extra virgin olive oil and wine create a unique alchemy of ancient flavors.
What do we do?
The culture of grain to the bar not only allows us to consume with respect and conscience, but it also gives us the opportunity to enjoy the discovery of each artisanal chocolate bar. The aromas, flavors, textures and colors reveal their identity to those who know how to taste them. We will taste wines, oils and chocolates of various styles, all of them from the premium range. A good example of wineries, trulls and workshops that are making their way to excellence.
Combining chocolate with wine is simple if you know the technique well. However, the combination of extra virgin olive oil and cacao is sublime, an almost perfect union of spicy pleasures. Like those distant loves that once found no one can separate them.
A guided tasting to elevate small everyday pleasures to a new level of sensory sophistication from our Empordà viewpoint surrounded by centuries-old olive trees from Argudell.
